Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (xylitol-free)
How to make them
- In a bowl, combine the mashed banana, rolled oats, shredded coconut, and peanut butter. Mix until everything holds together in a slightly sticky dough.
- Form into small bite-sized balls using your hands or a small scoop.
- Place on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
