Very Darling Dog Christmas Giveaway
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is hosted by Darling Dog (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited.
Employees of Darling Dog and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway runs from December 15, 2025 through December 22, 2025.
Each daily giveaway runs for 24 hours.
A new prize is revealed and awarded each day.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Submit their email address through the official giveaway entry form on the Darling Dog website.

Agree to receive email communications from Darling Dog.
One (1) entry per person counts toward all eight prize days.
Sharing the giveaway or participating in optional bonus actions does not increase the odds of winning.
5. Prizes
Each day from December 15–22, one (1) winner will receive a prize from Darling Dog or a participating Southern maker partner.
Prizes vary by day and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be randomly selected each day from all eligible entries.
Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Rights & Permissions
By entering, participants agree that Darling Dog may use their first name, city, and state for winner announcements.
No additional compensation will be provided.
9. Privacy
Participant information will only be used in accordance with the Darling Dog Privacy Policy and for administering the giveaway.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Darling Dog from any liability, loss, injury, or claim related to participation in the giveaway or use of any prize.
Darling Dog is not responsible for:

11. Sponsor’s Rights
Darling Dog reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if technical or other issues interfere with proper operation.
12. Agreement to Rules
By entering, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and represent that they meet eligibility requirements.
