Blueberry Bone Broth Bites
The most unexpected combo in the cookbook — antioxidant-rich blueberries and savory bone broth in one crispy bite.
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- ½ cup frozen blueberry puree
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup bone broth (any type — beef, chicken, or turkey)
How to make them
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the wet ingredients — eggs, bone broth, and blueberry puree — until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients (oat flour and rice flour), stirring until a stiff dough forms.
- Fill football helmet silicone molds, or roll out the dough and use cookie cutters in any shape.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Cool completely before serving — preferably overnight for the best crunch.
