Banana Coconut Trail Balls
Portable, bite-sized, and no-bake. The treat that goes wherever your pup goes — on hikes, road trips, and porch afternoons.

The no-bake recipe for the days when you don't want to turn the oven on. Four ingredients, one bowl, and a tray full of bite-sized energy balls that travel in a backpack, fit in your hand, and disappear faster than you can say "good girl." Made for summer adventures big and small.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (xylitol-free)
How to make them
- In a bowl, combine the mashed banana, rolled oats, shredded coconut, and peanut butter. Mix until everything holds together in a slightly sticky dough.
- Form into small bite-sized balls using your hands or a small scoop.
- Place on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Keep them happy
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For extra coconut flavor, roll the finished balls in a little extra shredded coconut before chilling. Always check your peanut butter label — xylitol is toxic to dogs and is hiding in some "natural" peanut butters too, so read carefully.
