Blueberry & Banana Frozen Bites

Three ingredients, one ice cube tray, and a freezer full of cold relief for hot afternoons. These little bites are antioxidant-rich from the blueberries, naturally sweet from the banana, and the kind of thing your pup will come running for the second the freezer door opens.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

How to make them

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the blueberries and Greek yogurt. Mix together until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling each well to the top.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until solid.
  5. Pop the bites out and serve as needed.
Keep them happy
Store in the freezer in a sealed container — they'll keep for up to a month. Always use plain unsweetened Greek yogurt; the flavored varieties usually contain xylitol or added sugars that aren't safe for dogs.
